This 52-year-old female from Ramona, CA was diagnosed with left breast cancer and decided to have bilateral mastectomy. She was interested in breast reconstruction and was referred to Dr. Gupta. Dr. Gupta performed bilateral immediate breast reconstruction with a tissue expander and Alloderm. Three months later, after complete tissue expansion, he performed second stage breast reconstruction with 800 cc silicone gel implants. These pictures were taken 3 months after surgery. The patient is very happy with her results and is now scheduled for nipple reconstruction.
