Breast Reconstruction Latissimus

This 51-year-old female from Austin, TX previously underwent left mastectomy for breast cancer three years ago. The patient is now interested in breast reconstruction and was referred to Dr. Gupta. She did not want breast implants and wanted her right breast lifted and reduced. Dr. Gupta performed left breast latissimus flap reconstruction and a right breast reduction with mastopexy (breast lift) for symmetry. These pictures were taken 4 months after surgery. The patient is very happy with her results and does not want nipple reconstruction at this time.
