Breast Reconstruction Latissimus

This 54-year-old female from Vista, CA underwent previous left mastectomy and radiation for breast cancer several years ago. She requested breast reconstruction. Because of the radiated left breast tissues, Dr. Gupta performed latissimus flap and breast implant reconstruction of the left breast. He reconstructed the right breast with silicone gel implant for symmetry. The patient has an excellent result. These pictures were taken 4 months following surgery.
