Breast Reconstruction TRAM

This 50-year-old female from Fallbrook, CA previously underwent left mastectomy for breast cancer five years ago. The patient was referred to Dr. Gupta for breast reconstruction. She did not want breast implants and did not want any surgery to the right breast. She wanted her left breast reconstruction to match her current right breast size and shape. Dr. Gupta performed left breast reconstruction with a microsurgical muscle-sparing free TRAM flap. These pictures were taken 4 months after surgery. The patient is very happy with her results and does not want nipple reconstruction at this time.
