Breast Reconstruction TRAM Case: 003BRT

This 46-year-old female from Escondido, CA previously underwent right mastectomy for breast cancer and now desires breast reconstruction. Dr. Gupta performed right breast reconstruction with a pedicled (tunneled) muscle-sparing TRAM flap and a left breast reduction for symmetry. These pictures were taken 4 months after surgery.
