Breast Reconstruction TRAM

This 60-year-old female from Encinitas, CA previously underwent right mastectomy and radiation therapy for breast cancer and now desires breast reconstruction. She does not want any left breast surgery. Dr. Gupta performed right breast reconstruction with a microsurgical free DIEP flap and was able to perfectly match her left breast size and shape. These pictures were taken 4 months after surgery. She will now require nipple reconstruction.
