Breast Reconstruction TRAM

This 55-year-old female from Austin, TX was diagnosed with right breast cancer and had right mastectomy. She wanted immediate breast reconstruction. She did not want any left breast surgery and wanted the right breast to match the left breast shape. Dr. Gupta performed immediate right breast reconstruction with a microsurgical free DIEP flap. Note the excellent symmetry to her left breast size and shape. These pictures were taken 2 months after nipple reconstruction surgery.
