Breast Reconstruction TRAM

This 43-year-old female from San Diego, CA was diagnosed with left breast cancer and chose to have bilateral mastectomy. She wanted immediate breast reconstruction to a full C cup breast size. Dr. Gupta performed immediate bilateral breast reconstruction with microsurgical free muscle-sparing TRAM flaps. Note the excellent breast shape and symmetry. These pictures were taken one month after nipple reconstruction surgery.
