Breast Reconstruction TRAM

This 50-year-old female from Vista, CA was scheduled for right mastectomy for breast cancer and requested symmetrical breast reconstruction with minimal left breast surgery and no implants. Dr. Gupta therefore performed right breast reconstruction with a free DIEP flap and left mastopexy. There is now excellent breast symmetry.
