Breast Revision

This 54-year-old female from Oceanside, CA underwent breast augmentation by another surgeon 20 years ago. Although she initially had a good result, she has now developed significant drooping (ptosis) of both breasts and rupture of her silicone implants. Dr. Gupta removed the ruptured breast implants and all the surrounding scar tissue, then did a breast lift and silicone implant replacement on each breast. The patient is now much happier with her breast size and shape.
