Breast Revision

This 51-year-old female from Poway, CA underwent right mastectomy for breast cancer 10 years ago and had immediate reconstruction by another plastic surgeon. That surgeon placed small saline implants and also did a right breast latissimus flap reconstruction. The patient now has rupture of both her implants and significant scar tissue deformity. Dr. Gupta performed bilateral breast revision with silicone gel implants, after right breast tissue expansion. The patient is now very happy and has softer, more natural breasts.
