Breast Revision

This 32-year-old female from Escondido, CA underwent breast augmentation by a non-plastic surgeon in Mexico and was unhappy with her results. The patient was given saline implants only and no breast lift to correct the droopy shape. She is very unhappy with her unnatural breast shape and poor symmetry. The implants are also very firm due to capsular contracture. Dr. Gupta performed bilateral capsulectomy to remove the scar tissue from both breasts and replaced each implant with a softer, more natural silicone gel implant. He also performed mastopexy to restore breast symmetry and natural shape. These pictures were taken 6 months after surgery.
