Breast Revision

This 65-year-old female from Oceanside, CA underwent left mastectomy for breast cancer and TRAM flap breast reconstruction by another plastic surgeon. She was unhappy with the results, particularly the size and shape of the reconstructed breast. She was also unhappy with the right breast lift that was performed. Dr. Gupta performed a multiple staged breast revision. He reshaped the TRAM flap and added a silicone implant to improve symmetry and redid the right breast lift. The patient is now much happier with her results. These pictures were taken 5 months after surgery.
