Mastopexy Augmentation

This 46-year-old female from La Jolla, CA was unhappy with the sagging of her breasts and requested a lift with augmentation to increase her breasts by two cup sizes. Dr. Gupta performed a minimal scar breast lift mastopexy and placed 350 cc smooth round silicone implants above the muscle.
