Mastopexy Augmentation

This 39-year-old mother of three from Loma Linda, CA developed significant breast sagging and decreased volume after losing over 100 pounds through diet and exercise. She requested a breast lift and wanted a fuller, more youthful breast. Dr. Gupta performed breast lift mastopexy and augmentation with 390 cc smooth round silicone implants under the muscle.
