Mastopexy Augmentation

This 29-year-old female from Carlsbad, CA developed sagging of her breasts after breast-feeding two children. She requested augmentation from a 34-A to a C cup. Dr. Gupta performed a periareolar mastopexy and placed 325 cc textured round silicone implants under the muscle. The patient is very happy. These pictures were taken 5 months after surgery.
