Mastopexy Augmentation

This 34-year-old female from Poway, CA complained of sagging of her breasts after breast-feeding two children. She requested augmentation and lift from a 34-C to a DD cup size. Dr. Gupta performed a full mastopexy and placed smooth round 600 cc high profile silicone implants under the muscle. The patient is very happy. These pictures were taken 4 months after surgery and the scars will continue to fade.
