Mastopexy Augmentation

This 45-year-old mother of three from San Marcos, CA developed significant breast sagging and decreased volume after pregnancies and nursing. She requested a breast lift and fuller, more youthful breasts. Dr. Gupta performed breast lift mastopexy and augmentation with 300 cc smooth round silicone implants under the muscle. The patient also had a tummy tuck at the same time and is very happy with the results of both procedures.
