Nipple Reconstruction

This 41-year-old female from Carlsbad, CA had previous bilateral mastectomy and failed breast reconstruction by a different plastic surgeon. After several failed revisions, Dr. Gupta was consulted for reconstruction. Dr. Gupta performed bilateral breast reconstruction with silicone implants and achieved an excellent result. These pictures are taken 3 months after nipple reconstruction. The patient is now ready to proceed with tattooing.
